Step into stillness and reconnect with your inner calm in this 45-minute Deep Peace Meditation Class. This gentle session begins with guided relaxation and breathing exercises to help you release tension and settle the mind. You’ll be introduced to mindfulness and mantra meditation, and explore different meditation practices such as Japa and Kirtan meditation.

Along the way, simple yoga insights are shared to help you reflect on your true identity beyond stress and everyday roles—inviting a deeper sense of clarity and peace.

The class is offered freely with a commitment-based donation—a way to support the space while also making a promise to yourself to show up fully.

What is Kirtan?

Kirtan is a form of group meditation that involves singing or chanting ancient Vedic mantras, spiritually uplifting songs, prayers and the Sacred Names of the Supreme. It's the easiest, most powerful and enjoyable form of meditation. Simply listen, chant along, and immerse yourself in the sacred sounds.

By meditating on these sacred sounds or mantras we reach a state far beyond the stress and worries of life, gain deep spiritual insight and inner happiness.
